Notes about upgrading from previous versions:

Version 1.1.0 and forward include an installer. The program can be removed using either the "Uninstall" link in the Start Menu, or the Add/Remove Programs utility in the Control Panel.
Before installing this version you must make sure to completely remove any previous version(s). Since pre-1.1.0 versions did not include an uninstaller this must be done manually. Please use the following instructions before installing a new version:
1. Run PhanTim3 and make sure that none of the clocks are set to run at Startup.
2. Copy any skins that you want out of the "Skins" folder where PhanTim3 was extracted (default = "C:\PhanTim3") to another location to be restored later. If you only use skins available from this site, it is probably easier just to redownload them (they now have easy-to-use installers as well).
3. Remove the PhanTim3 folder (default = "C:\PhanTim3").
4. Install the new version, following the onscreen instructions. We highly recommend keeping the default install location of "Program Files\PhanTim3".
5. Copy any skins that you saved in step 2 into the new "Skins" directory in the folder where you chose to install PhanTime3. Alternately simply download and install the skin packs from this site.
6. Run PhanTim3 from the Start Menu (or desktop) and enjoy!
The uninstaller included with version 1.1.0 forward will handle all of the tasks outlined in the above steps so you only need to do this if you have a version prior to 1.1.0 installed and you are upgrading.
Note that the uninstaller will not delete any skin packs that you have installed, so if you wish to remove these you should do so manually after uninstalling the program.
